At Peace Collective, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all sale items and charity-specific collections are final sale and cannot be returned.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
